5L keg inspection system is designed for small to medium sized kegs to detect spear and leakage after filling. The system adopts the integrated design of inspection unit and control system, which occupies small space and is easy to adjust and operate. Through the encoder to realize the tracking photo, in combination with efficient image processing algorithms can easily inspection of the spear presence or leakage of keg, so as to accurately reject or output alarm.
