In PET blowing machines, the Preform base inspection Module is installed after the blowing process and before the filling process to inspect the bottoms of the bottles one by one. The compact and modular design allows the bottom inspection to be installed in different sizes of blowing machines and the location of the inspection module is very flexible. Different control centers can be selected according to different production line speeds. Meanwhile, if the space inside the blowing machine allows, with the preform finish inspection module, it can carry out all-around inspection of PET empty bottles to ensure the quality of blow molded bottles.
