The Xispek Promita-P Mod is a modular full bottle inspection system designed to meet the needs of PET production lines. The Promita-P Mod is a modular system designed for PET production lines with the ability to customize the functions and hardware modules for efficient 360° inspection of the fill level, cap height and cap safety ring. the Promita-P Mod is independent of the control center and the inspection modules, and the modules of interest can be connected to the standard control center. Depending on the speed of the production line, any of the standard control centers can be used. Whether it is the smallest XispC500 control center, the medium-speed XispC1000 or the most efficient XispC2000, the inspection system is based on the same XispVision® universal inspection software platform. Thanks to the efficient image processing algorithms of XispVision®, the Promita full bottle inspection system is able to accurately reproduce the entire image, ensuring that every container can be accurately inspected, and the Promita-P Mod is capable of achieving inspection speeds of up to 90,000 bottles/hour.
